DeepaMehta 4 Core 4.9.2

Parent POM for all DeepaMehta modules. Its main feature is: hot deployment. Once a DeepaMehta module (= bundle) is build it is copied to the "bundle-deploy" directory. All DeepaMehta plugins are DeepaMehta modules as well, that is they derive the hot deployment feature. (deepamehta-plugin is derived from deepamehta-module.) Note: deepamehta-test is *not* derived from deepamehta-module (but directly from deepamehta-project) as it is not a bundle.
